Delivery Method

After placing an order through our online store, a representative of kupizdrave.com will contact you at the phone number provided during registration to confirm the delivery address and delivery time.

Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer via Econt Express courier service. Delivery may be received by the customer or by a third party authorized in advance by the customer. The recipient must confirm receipt, verify the identity of the goods, and pay any delivery charges and the value of the goods using the accepted payment methods.

The customer is responsible for providing access and the ability to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time.

Free delivery for orders over 100 BGN / 51.13 EUR within the Sofia region.

What Is Included in the Delivery

Your shipment includes the ordered products, an invoice, and a warranty document (where applicable).

All products are delivered with the option to inspect the goods before payment when using Cash on Delivery.

If there is visible damage to the goods caused during transport, you must inform the courier and request a damage report to be issued on the spot.

Delivery Time

Delivery throughout Bulgaria is usually completed within 24 hours after order confirmation, depending on the courier’s schedule for the specific location.

Product Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returned items must be preserved in a condition that does not compromise their quality or appearance. In cases of damage or reduced commercial value, compensation may be required prior to order cancellation.

How to Return a Product

1. Submit a return request
Write a short message specifying your desire to return a product.
In the contact form, include:
“Return of product – product name and model” + reason for return.

Refunds are issued to the customer within up to 14 working days from receipt of the returned product.
