Warranty Service
All products offered by kupizdrave.com are brand new and supplied by official manufacturers.
All items that are subject to warranty service are accompanied by the necessary documentation.
For warranty service, the customer may contact our authorized service center, indicated on the warranty card.
Kupizdrave.com guarantees that at the moment of dispatch, the product has no defects that would reduce its value or suitability for normal use.
Upon delivery, the customer must check whether the shipment is complete and whether the delivered items have any visible defects. In case of discrepancies or damage upon receipt, the customer must notify us immediately, specifying the nature and quantity of the issues.
The warranty period begins from the moment the shipment is dispatched.
Warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper use, excessive load, or use that contradicts the warranty terms and the product’s technical specifications.
Please note that the Health & Wellness category includes products directly related to maintaining high hygiene standards. For hygienic reasons, such products cannot be returned or refunded if they are unsuitable or unwanted by the customer.
The proper functioning of the device is guaranteed only when it is operated competently and carefully according to the instructions for use.
Warranty service is provided by our service center. In the case of a defect that does not involve: external damage caused by the customer, attempts at repair, improper installation or modification, visible impact marks, or poor maintenance, the product must be sent to our office at the customer’s expense. After the defect is repaired, the device will be returned at our expense.
Warranty Service May Be Refused In The Following Cases
Discrepancies between the documentation and the product, or attempts to alter the warranty card, serial number, or warranty seal.
Any attempt at repair, installation, disassembly, or modification by the customer or by unauthorized persons or companies.
Failure to follow the conditions for operation and storage.
Damage caused by improper handling, overloading, mechanical damage, impact, extreme temperatures, moisture, or any other external factors outside permitted limits including dust, foreign objects, plants, animals, etc.
Damage caused by power surges, lightning, floods, fires, force majeure, or other external influences outside the control of the Manufacturer, Importer, Seller, or Service Center.
Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
Use with unsuitable or non-standard electrical networks, accessories, batteries, chargers, consumables, or media not recommended by the manufacturer.
Warranty service is valid only when the original warranty card issued with the purchase of the product is presented.
The defective item must be delivered in its original packaging.
Replaced parts become the property of the service center.
The warranty is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The maximum period for resolving a defect under warranty is up to 30 days.
