3.1. Orders are placed through the online form on the website at the checkout page.
3.2. An order is considered completed upon receipt of an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All listed prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payments may be made using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer to the Store’s bank account

  • Cash on delivery

5.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer within the territory of Bulgaria.

5.3. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. The customer may return a product without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
7.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7.3. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the amount will be refunded in accordance with legal requirements.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

8.1. The Store processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
8.2. Providing personal data is voluntary but may be necessary for the fulfillment of orders.
